Case Manager

Employment & Support Services Administration (ESSA) - Business Link is recruiting for Case Manager – Job Opportunity Specialist Eligibility position with NYC HRA / Dept of Social Services.

Salary Range: $42,389-$48,747 

Duties:

Case Manager interview’s applicants to establish eligibility for assistance, advice on the various benefits that may be available to an applicant or participant, request necessary eligibility documents.

Minimum Requirements: 

1. A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or 
2. A four-year high school diploma or its equivalent approved by a State’s Department of Education and four years of full-time experience
3. All candidates must have at least a four-year high school diploma or its educational equivalent.
