Tech Training Program

If you are age 18-26 and receive SNAP or CA benefits, you may be eligible for a FREE Tech Training Program with NPower. 

HRA applicants must apply by emailing Businessdevelopment@hra.nyc.gov by Thursday, January 6. Include "NPOWER" in the subject line of the email.
